1. Definitions
- Vendor: A verified user who posts job opportunities for specific industries.
- Worker: A verified user who views, saves, and engages with job postings based on selected industries.
- Admin Team: The authorized team responsible for identity verification and platform moderation.
- Platform: The services provided by jobworkX.
- User: Any Vendor or Worker registered on the platform.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old.
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Access to platform features is granted only after successful identity verification by our admin team.
3. Account Registration & Verification
- All users must create an account to use the platform.
- After registration, users are required to submit identity or business-related information as requested.
- The Admin Team reviews and verifies all user accounts.
- Until verification is approved, access to job posting, job browsing, and wishlist features may be restricted.
- jobworkX reserves the right to reject or revoke verification at its sole discretion.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
Verified vendors agree to:
- Post accurate, lawful, and genuine job listings.
- Select the correct industry for each job post.
- Ensure job details are not misleading or fraudulent.
- Comply with applicable labor, tax, and business laws.
We reserve the right to remove job posts that violate these Terms or community standards.
5. Worker Responsibilities
Verified workers agree to:
- Select industries that match their skills and interests.
- Use job listings and wishlist features responsibly.
- Not misuse job or vendor information.
6. Job Listings, Visibility & Wishlist
- Job posts are displayed to workers based on their selected industries.
- Workers may save job posts to a wishlist for later viewing.
- Wishlist data is private to the worker.
- jobworkX does not guarantee job placement or employment.
7. Identity Verification Policy
- Verification may include review of identity documents, business details, or other supporting information.
- Submitting false or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension, or permanent account termination.
- Verified status may be re-evaluated periodically or upon user reports.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Provide false identity or business information.
- Post fraudulent, illegal, or misleading content.
- Harass or abuse other users.
- Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts:
- That fail identity verification
- That violate these Terms
- That engage in suspicious or unlawful behavior
10. Limitation of Liability
jobworkX is not responsible for:
- Disputes between vendors and workers
- Accuracy of job postings
- Outcomes of job engagements
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
